Booking verification updates

1. Verified first. A round only enters the alert pool once the host uploads booking proof.
2. Distance. We compare the course's location to yours and drop anything outside your radius.
3. Your filters. Range of play, gender preference and play-style tags all have to line up — both ways, so hosts only hear from golfers they asked for.
4. Best fit, not everyone. The closest, best-matched golfers get pinged first; if spots are still open an hour later the net widens.
